Five years after Paris Hilton first became engaged to her now-husband Carter Reum, the businesswoman has announced that they will renew their vows after Carter re-proposed during a Valentine's visit to Turks & Caicos.
On the white sands of the Caribbean island, Carter was joined by their two children, three-year-old son Phoenix and two-year-old daughter London, as he dropped to one knee to once again ask Paris to marry him. "Five years later… and he still makes my heart skip a beat," Paris captioned the carousel of pictures on Instagram that gave fans a glimpse into the extravagant but romantic moment.
"On Valentine’s Day, in the turquoise waters of Turks & Caicos — just days before my birthday — my forever Valentine re-proposed, and I said YES all over again," wrote Paris. "But this time, we weren’t just husband and wife. We were Mommy and Daddy. Phoenix and London watching the love that created them."
"Renewing our vows isn’t just about celebrating five beautiful years — it’s about showing our babies that love grows, deepens, and chooses each other again and again," concluded Paris. "Five years down. Forever to go. Forever isn’t long enough with you, Carter."

The proposal came as the sun set, and Carter walked his wife to the beach alongside their children. Large letters spelling out "will you marry me again?" sat on the shore, and after the proposal, fireworks exploded in the air. Spread across the sand were also white petals and bouquets of white flowers as well as candles to help capture the romantic vibes.

"Paris was absolutely over the moon," one wedding guest told HELLO! "She said: 'It was the best day of my life. I never imagined I could be this happy! I feel like I'm the luckiest girl in the world!' You couldn't wipe the smile off her face, especially when she looked at Carter. The two of them are so madly in love."

Kim Kardashian was among the guests, and bridesmaids, who wore Alice + Olivia, included Halle Hammond, Tessa Gräfin von Walderdorff (the wife of Paris' brother Barron Hilton II), Kim Richard's daughter Whitney Davis, and Kyle Richards' daughter Farrah Aldjufrie.
