Jack Whitehall wed model Roxy Horner in Wiltshire over the weekend and their day was beautiful from start to finish. In a new interview with Vogue, model Roxy, 34, let fans in on her bridal looks, and her 'something borrowed' was extra special.
"When I went to try on dresses for my own wedding, I ended up choosing one of the first I tried on. Well, two," Roxy said, hinting at her two Galia Lahav gowns. "I also wore my grandmother's engagement ring that she handed down to me when she passed away, which was so special."
The bride's dresses were beautiful in their own way. The first was a silk princess dress with a strapless neckline, while the second featured a corseted bodice and frothy tulle skirt. The pièce de résistance of her second look was her pleated veil, which was attached to her curly updo and secured around each wrist to look like ethereal fairy wings.
Roxy's bridal look was so lovely that she and Jack's two-year-old daughter, Elsie, wore a mini-me version as flower girl.
Inside Jack and Roxy's special day
Set against the backdrop of Euridge Manor, Jack and Roxy's wedding day came in at a reported £250,000. A host of famous guests were in attendance, including Jamie Redknapp and his wife Frida, actor Douglas Booth, and businessman Gabe Turner.
After the ceremony, the newlyweds hosted a reception which was catered by Jimmy Garcia. Their wedding cake was a multi-tier vanilla sponge from Hall of Cakes, and the groom admitted that it was extremely hard to cut. "It took both of us. But it was beautiful," Jack quipped.
The couple and their guests partied until 2 am with Martin2Smoove on the decks and a few hip-hop tracks thrown in by the bride.
Jack and Roxy's love story
Jack and Essex-born Roxy first met in Australia, where they enjoyed their first three dates. Once they got back to London, their romance didn't get off on the most conventional of starts.
"I said, 'Come back to England, and we can hang out.' She flew over and pretty soon after that, we went into lockdown. We were suddenly in a sort of house share, with my brother and his partner. It was quite a surreal way to start a relationship," Jack told The Guardian earlier this month.
"It helped that the government said she couldn't leave my house. It was a good way to guarantee quality time together."
Roxy announced that Jack had popped the question on 21 December 2024, just over a year after the birth of their daughter.
