Unexpected celebrity romances of 2026 - including Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton's 'intimate' connection

Insiders inform HELLO! that there could be a new celebrity power couple in town. 

We’re told that it’s "very early days" but the reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian and the Formula 1 driver Sir Lewis Hamilton have sparked rumours of a romance following a series of dates. 

The pair were spotted sitting together at the Superbowl inside Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, for the NFL final on Sunday. 

They were previously seen at the exclusive Estelle Manor luxury hotel and country club in the Cotswolds at the end of January, enjoying an intimate dinner and time in the spa. Kim, 45, reportedly travelled to Oxford Airport by private jet, while Lewis, 41, arrived by helicopter. 

The duo, who have known each other for years, also attended a New Year’s Eve party thrown by Kate Hudson in Aspen, Colorado, where onlookers tell us they were seen enjoying an "intimate chat".

Kim split from the rapper Kanye West in 2022 after eight years of marriage. They have four children together: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm. Lewis was in a relationship with the former Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger from 2007 to 2015. 

Although they have seemingly been trying to keep things under wraps, the actress Dakota Johnson has found a new partner in the American music star Role Model. 

Following her split from Coldplay's Chris Martin last summer, Dakota, 36 – whose parents are the Hollywood stars Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson – has been spending time with the 28-year-old singer-songwriter, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury.

The duo were seen enjoying dinner at Saffy's in Los Angeles in January and left the restaurant holding hands. They were also spotted dining out in late December and are said to have spent New Year's Eve together at a party hosted by Dakota.

Role Model was previously in a relationship with the model and podcaster Emma Chamberlain. The duo dated from 2020 to 2023, keeping their romance private for their first two years together.

A year after Lily Allen’s separation from her husband, the Stranger Things actor David Harbour – a split that resulted in her hit tell-all album West End Girl – the singer appears to be moving on.

Lily, 40, is growing close to 28-year-old Jonah Freud, whose parents are the PR magnate Matthew Freud and the British aristocrat Caroline Hutton. He is a nephew of the late artist Lucian Freud and a great-great-grandson of the founder of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud. 

Lily and Jonah were first spotted together at Chiltern Firehouse in London in September, before being seen at Lily’s Christmas party at Stringfellows. They jetted off to Rome together in January and most recently attended the Valentino afterparty during Paris Haute Couture Week.

The new relationship comes after Lily said late last year: "I'm not really looking to go out with another famous person." 

The London-born singer was married to David, 50, for just over four years. She has two daughters from her marriage to Sam Cooper: Ethel, 14, and Marnie, 13.

The Top Gun: Maverick star Glen Powell and the actress Michelle Randolph have sparked dating rumours after they were seen dancing together at Broken Spoke, a honky-tonk bar in Austin, Texas. 

Glen, 37, who split from the model Gigi Paris in 2023, and Michelle, 28, who previously dated the actor Gregg Sulkin, are believed to have grown close last October.

Speaking of relationships, Michelle said recently: "I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate," adding: "How people perceive you publicly is not who you are."

Michelle is known for playing Elizabeth Strafford in the Yellowstone spin-off 1923 and has gained further recognition for her role as Ainsley Norris, the daughter of Billy Bob Thornton's character in Landman.  

Two years after splitting from his former wife, the singer Ellie Goulding, Caspar Jopling seems to have found a new love in Harry Styles’s former girlfriend, Olivia Wilde.

The art dealer, 34, was recently seen at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah with Don’t Worry Darling actress Olivia, 41. They debuted their romance last September in London, where they were seen sharing a kiss outside a restaurant.

Harvard University graduate Caspar remains on good terms with Ellie, with whom he has a four-year-old son, Arthur. He has said: "Ellie and I remain the closest of friends and, most importantly, co-parents to the best kiddo in the world."

Olivia has two children – Otis, 11, and Daisy, nine – with her former fiancé, the actor Jason Sudeikis.
