Andre Agassi couldn't have been prouder of his wife, legendary tennis star Steffi Graf, after the 56-year-old was named an ambassador for the sportswear and equipment brand Crivit.

The former world number one's new career move was announced on Wednesday, with Crivit sharing a statement on social media about the appointment.

"Joy moves with everyone – in every start, every step, every flow. Stefanie Graf shows you how simple that can be. Welcome to the team, Stefanie Graf! Let's move together," the caption read, alongside a photo of the blonde beauty in a black puffer vest with her hands on her hips.

In another social media post, Steffi was seen paddleboarding in the ocean as she spoke about the power of joy. "Joy drives every move – the spark in every start, every step, every finish. Stefanie Graf reminds us what it's all about," read the caption.

Andre took to his Instagram stories to share the love, writing: "You crushed this! So proud of you Stef! @crivit." Andre and Steffi have been married since 2001, and share kids Jaden and Jaz. They first met on the tennis circuit in 1992, yet didn't start dating until 1999 after his split from actress Brooke Shields.

The couple are both incredibly accomplished on the court, having won the Australian Open four times each, yet Steffi is the only player to have ever achieved a Golden Slam, which she nabbed in 1988. A Golden Slam is when a player wins all four major Grand Slam tournaments (Australian Open, French Open, US Open and Wimbledon), as well as an Olympic gold medal in the same year.

Andre opened up about the secret to their long-lasting marriage in an interview with The Fox Melbourne, sharing that they never compared their successes with each other. "You pick your battles," he said. "The first battle that I didn't pick was bringing home my trophies, because if I bring home my trophies, she brings home her trophies."

"It's just not good math in that respect," the 55-year-old added. "We both struggle delegating, so if anything, we compete over who is doing what and when, and she usually beats me at that. We each try to overachieve for the other one – let's put it that way."

The pair also ensure that they always play on the same team, no matter the sport. "We don't play against each other," Steffi told People. "We prefer to be on the same side of the court."

"Andre still plays tennis, but I don’t much anymore," she continued. "We really liked learning a new sport during the pandemic and meeting new friends through pickleball." Ultimately, their shared love of life is what brings them together as a couple, as Andre told Parade.

"What has transcended everything has been the common ground we share and our basic approach toward life. It's better to be lucky than good sometimes," the father of three said.

"I don't feel like I have any answer to how to have successful relationships, but I do feel overwhelmed with the joy that I feel every day."
