Victoria Beckham shared a collection of tributes for her husband, David Beckham's, 51st birthday and reflected on a funny moment the couple experienced when the ex-football player attempted to cut his own hair.
The former Manchester United right midfielder celebrated turning another year older on Saturday, 2 May, and enjoyed an intimate family pre-birthday dinner with his mum, Sandra and other relatives before the main event.
On the morning of his special day, his wife, Victoria, also 51, posted up a storm, dedicating pictures and messages to her "handsome" husband on social media.
One such tribute was a hilarious video clip that documented the moment the global sporting icon decided to take matters into his own hands and reached for the razor.
In the footage, the star is standing close to the camera, topless, holding his hand to his shaved head with an embarrassed grimace on his face. Victoria filmed him as she asked questions about what he had done to his hair.
Removing his hand, David exposed a bald patch where he said the razor slipped off the rest of the device and shaved off too much of his hair.
Over the video, Victoria penned a caption which read: "Happy birthday @davidbeckham!!! Wanted to celebrate you today by sharing one of your finest moments."
She could be heard in the background giggling and explaining to the camera how much fun their children, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, had gotten from witnessing the results of their dad's own handiwork.
The fashion designer also posted a collection of images to her main grid and added a heartfelt note. It said: "You are our world, our everything. We love you so much!!! Happy birthday to the best husband, daddy, son, brother, and friend. To the kindest, most generous soul. We will spoil you all day!!!! Nobody deserves it more than you, xxx."
Victoria's 'handsome' husband
Elsewhere, Posh Spice gushed over her husband of nearly 29 years as she posted pictures of him dressed in a tuxedo with a caption that read: "Happy birthday, handsome! I love you!"
The next two slides of her Instagram Story were loved-up photos of the pair on a yacht sailing next to some stunning caves on a holiday. Victoria added a string of red love hearts to her posts.
Pre-birthday dinner
The star also shared an insight into David's last evening as a 50-year-old and shared behind-the-scenes snaps of an intimate family dinner complete with a lavish birthday cake topped with strawberries.

Victoria and David's middle son, Romeo, 23, was the first of his children to share a tribute to his dad on his birthday.

Cruz's role model
Jackie Apostel, Cruz's girlfriend, also took to her Instagram Stories to share her gratitude to David for being a role model to her partner, and added a very cute picture of the musician as a child.
Alongside the throwback photo, she typed: "Happiest birthday @davidbeckham! Thank you for being the biggest role model and dad to this kid. What a difference it makes to have someone like you to look up to, especially in how you treat people. We're so lucky to get to celebrate another year of you!"
