One thing you may not know about the Princess of Wales is that she has an enormous collection of designer high heels. From Manolo Blahnik to Emmy London, Kate might be the royal version of Carrie Bradshaw, looking comfortable and poised, no matter how high the heel is.
Her go-to shoe brand appears to be Jimmy Choo, and she often dons the 'Romy', a classically-shaped heeled pump. She wore them to her youngest son Prince Louis's christening in 2018, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding the same year.
The royal memorably turned to the brand in 2017, donning her most daring pair of heels we've ever seen her in. Then known as the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate stepped out in style for a solo engagement at the National Portrait Gallery to celebrate the Portrait Gala. Kate, who was attending in her role as patron of the iconic London museum, looked stunning in a dark green, floor-length Temperley dress with delicate lace detailing.
Although her frock was an emerald masterpiece and admittedly concealed her feet, in these throwback shots of her walking down the stairs, you can see her stiletto 'Vamp' heels. Featuring sassy metallic straps, an open-toe silhouette, and five-inch heels, the party shoes were a seriously directional design.
Although this style has since been discontinued, they were priced at £700 at the time of purchase.
Kate teamed a glittering gold clutch by Wilbur & Gussie and accessorised with glittering Kiki McDonough earrings that featured pink tourmaline, green amethyst, and pavé diamonds in 18ct yellow gold.
Kate has bags of style…
Aside from shoes, global luxury accessories brand Jimmy Choo is also famous for glamorous clutch bags, too, of which Kate is definitely a fan.
We've spotted the brunette royal carrying various versions of the Jimmy Choo 'Celeste' clutch, which has a classic rectangular shape and features a chain shoulder strap plus the brand's signature luxe cube clasp.
