Victoria Beckham's eagerly anticipated Paris Fashion Week show took place on Friday evening, and her family were the ultimate cheerleaders as they supported the former Spice Girl from the front row.
Cruz Beckham's girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, was pictured at the star-studded event, which was held at the Cité Universitaire de Paris in France, and was the only partner of the Beckham siblings to attend the ready-to-wear showcase.
Jackie's slip dress
Jackie wore a stunning slip dress by Victoria's eponymous label. Crafted from satin, it featured spaghetti straps and was designed in a springtime colourway of mint green. The songwriter shared a series of pictures of the modern ensemble with a dedicated Instagram post, penning: "What a magical collection @victoriabeckham. So considered down to every detail. We love watching all the hard work pay off and am now having a hard time picking the next look! Congratulations!!!!!"
Victoria's cami dresses with a low V-shape at the front and back have become a signature piece in her collection, season after season.
The former Spice Girl has a variety of colours available on her website, and they retail at £1,190. Easy to style, they can be worn as a statement party dress, teamed with high heels and an elegant clutch bag, as Jackie sported on Friday, or styled with soft, tailored pieces like blazers for more of a contemporary touch.
There are some similar cuts available from other brands, including this impressive dupe from Pretty Lavish, which features the same maxi length, mint shade and spaghetti straps.
Harper, queen of the slip dress
It appears Jackie has taken style tips from Cruz's little sister, Harper Beckham. The 14-year-old is known for her love of her mother's impressive satin creations, and has a plethora of shades that she regularly debuts at public events.
The teen fashionista has long favoured the simple elegance of satin. As a fashion editor who has watched Harper's style evolve over the years, I think the slip dress is a great choice; it's smart, sleek, yet understated, and has a modern, slightly tailored finish.
Victoria previously told The Telegraph: "[Her outfits] suit her and they’re appropriate. But she's a tomboy really, although she has every skincare product under the sun."
