If there is one person we are taking style inspiration from this winter, it's Helen Skelton. The 42-year-old mother-of-three is always on top form when it comes to her sartorial portfolio, and her latest ensemble was no exception.
Slipping into a killer double leather look for her stint on Morning Live, the former Strictly Come Dancing starlet was a vision, pairing her maroon leather pencil skirt and black pointed-toe boots with a chic argyll knit cardigan in marl in complementing grey, maroon and pink.
"Autumn layers but make it studio-ready. Soft glam, polished waves and a classic argyle knit paired with a burgundy patent leather midi and sharp Maroon boots. Cosy meets confident for today’s show," wrote celebrity stylist Carly, and we couldn't have put it better ourselves. Helen oozed confidence in a series of snaps shared to Carly's Instagram, showcasing her week of glamorous on-screen looks.
As for her hair, Helen's iconic blonde locks were styled in soft, immaculate curls and accessorised with a pair of chunky gold earrings.
It's safe to say the looks went down a treat with followers who were quick to comment. "Helen looks absolutely stunning in everything she wears. She is naturally beautiful xx," one fan penned. A second added: "You are perfect Helen xx." Meanwhile, a third penned: "Style Icon."
From TV to the red carpet
It isn't just when she's on our screens that Helen serves as serious fashion inspiration. Last week, the former Blue Peter presenter was a vision while attending the TV Choice Awards.
Channelling her inner Barbie, Helen chose a ballet-pink gown that featured an elegant halterneck neckline, which perfectly flattered her petite frame. Keeping it classy with her hair for the occasion, Helen slicked her hair into an on-trend ponytail, complete with a middle parting.
As for her glam, Helen opted for a flawless makeup look comprised of fluttery lashes, rosy bronzer and ballet-pink lips.
The dress was a winning one for the Yorkshire-born actress as she and her fellow, On the Farm team picked up an award for Best Factual Show. "Thank you for voting for us! Very grateful we have been able to pick this. It is a privilege to be in your living rooms! Who knew so many people enjoy watching lambs be born?" she penned, sharing a series of photos from her glittering evening.
