Pamela Anderson looked so chic as she was photographed in New York City on Thursday evening at the Tory Burch autumn/winter 2026 show. The famously natural beauty, who started a 'no makeup' movement in 2023, looked wonderful in an elegantly styled outfit that had a distinctive 50s edge.

The 58-year-old wore a striking gray coat, which had wide lapels and a slightly oversized fit. She teamed it with a satin black blouse, which she neatly tucked into a pleated ivory skirt that had a floaty hem. She teamed the ensemble with semi-sheer tights and a pair of black pointed-toe heels. The star of the 2023 Netflix documentary, Pamela, A Love Story, carried a black leather handbag and wore her thick blonde hair in a chic, slightly windswept bob, and of course, zero makeup.

The skirt nodded to the 50s era as it nestled artfully on her waist and flared out to the hem. The voluminous skirt mirrored Marilyn Monroe's look as she walked along the New York sidewalk in 1954 while filming The Seven Year Itch.

Pamela has had a long-standing affinity with the infamous Hollywood actress. In 1996, when she was promoting her film Barb Wire, she famously referred to herself as the "90s Marilyn Monroe."

Last year, in an interview with NME, she remarked, "I do think that Marilyn didn't get her dues as an actress. I thought she was an incredible actress."

Dressing with 50s style in mind

As a fashion editor who has been writing about style for over fifteen years, I think Pamela's outfit is a wonderful way to take on the retro 50s era. The skirt's silhouette was designed to accentuate the hourglass shape by cinching the waist and adding volume to the hem. Pamela's choice to team the style with tailored pieces and accessories such as a belt, chic handbag, and coat makes it an accessible, modern look.

Many remarked that the mother-of-two also paid homage to the Some Like It Hot star with her Marilyn Monroe-inspired bob. Her luscious blonde locks were styled into the bouncy, shorter look, framed by a wispy fringe, and the vibrant blonde color was hugely similar to the icon's famous platinum locks.
