The 'naked' dress is up there among the most daring red carpet looks beloved by the stars, and now The Night Manager's Camilla Morrone has put her own lacy spin on the trend while promoting her brand new Netflix show. The 28-year-old actress, who famously dated Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio for four years, arrived in a head-turning sheer set for the Los Angeles premiere of Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen on 19 March.
Camila wowed in a black lace top and a matching maxi skirt, which purposely exposed her stomach and underwear beneath. The skirt, which draped down to the floor and had a split at the back to make it functional to walk in, completely covered her black stiletto heels while she posed for photos during the evening. A closer look at the outfit details revealed the lace was encrusted with black beads for a striking 3D finish.

Along with the rest of the show's cast, who were in attendance, Camila was supported by her famous gal pal and Rhode beauty founder, Hailey Bieber. Hailey kept a low-profile at the event in a silky black top and mini skirt as she steered clear of taking photos on the red carpet.

The 28-year-old has starred in two successful TV series over the last few years. In 2023, she played Sam Claflin's on-screen wife in the Daisy Jones and the Six book to small screen adaptation. At the start of the year, she joined the cast of The Night Manager for its highly anticipated second season. Camila starred opposite Tom Hiddleston in the BBC thriller as Roxana Bolaños.
The actress is returning to TV screens this month in a brand new horror series produced by the creators of Stranger Things. Camila leads Netflix's Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen, which comes out on the streaming platform on 26 March. The eight-part series also stars The White Lotus actor, Adam DiMarco, as the pair play a couple on the brink of marriage. The show is created by Haley Z. Boston (Cabinet of Curiosities, Brand New Cherry Flavor) and produced by the Duffer brothers.

"I've been to weddings where people say in their vows, 'I never once had a doubt.' I hear that and I'm like, 'That's crazy. What do you mean?'"
Private life off-screen
While Camila has found fame on-screen, her private life off-screen has also garnered attention over the years. The actress was famously in a relationship with fellow actor Leonardo DiCaprio from 2017 and 2022. The pair, who have a 23-year age gap, started dating when Camilla was 20, and broke up when she was around 25.
As of mid-2024, she's been linked to music video director Cole Bennett, who has worked with the likes of Justin Bieber, Eminem and Drake.
