Lady Louise Windsor has worn some incredible outfits over the years, from her Hermès scarf to her Suzannah London frock at her uncle King Charles III's Coronation in 2023.
We love how the 22-year-old often raids her mother Duchess Sophie's wardrobe. Prince Edward's wife has a fleet of designer items, all classically tailored and timeless, so it's perfectly understandable that she would want to give some items some love.
Duchess Sophie is also a worldwide style muse in the royal family, never having a day off from appearing elegant and always presenting herself immaculately during royal engagements. So, it also comes as no surprise that Lady Louise takes style tips from her mother, too.

For my role as Fashion and Beauty News Editor at Best Quality Designer Handbag , I do a lot of royal research for my articles, and I recently came across this picture of the mother and daughter duo carrying the exact same bags, albeit in different colours.
In 2022, for the late Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee, Sophie, then known as the Countess of Wessex, donned a metallic dress by Suzannah London, which was feminine yet directional, with gathered, three-dimensional power sleeves and a gentle, body-conscious cut. The mother-of-two carried a cylindrical clutch with a satin base by her favourite bag designer, Sophie Habsburg.
Her daughter Louise looked equally lovely in her light pink look, which consisted of a pretty, flowing white frock with a plethora of buttons positioned at the front. She topped it off with a magnificent Jane Taylor headband, which was adorned with beautiful beads, pearls and sequins, making for a brilliant, but sophisticated, sparkle.
Louise also carried the same circular bag as her mother, but in a red tone, slightly darker than Sophie's tan. They could have swapped and no one would have known.
Sophie and Louise's twinning dress moment
One of my favourite mirroring fashion moments between the two royals was this stunning Alaïa dress. Lady Louise chose the luxury designer number from her mother's wardrobe when she attended the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's royal wedding in 2018. The young royal looked sophisticated in the classic monochrome ensemble, wearing the designer's 'Parfum Gray' dress, which featured a fitted bodice and puff skirt.
Sophie is a huge fan of the late Tunisian couturier and has been spotted in a number of his designs over the years. She first wore this dress to watch the carnival parade at The Patron's Lunch celebrations to mark the Queen's 90th birthday in 2016.
