King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium's daughter Princess Eleonore turned 18 on 16 April, and the royal family marked the occasion with a series of formal photos.
In one stunning photo, the young royal modelled a glamorous made-to-order black gown from Alamour, called the 'Diana,' which features a one-shouldered neckline, a contrasting white neckline and a cape that cascaded elegantly to the floor.
To complete her look, Eleonore accessorised with black pointed-toe heels and delicate gold jewellery, styling her honey-blonde hair in Hollywood waves.
© VLAD VDLWhile the name of her dress was a subtle nod to Princess Diana, it also had marked similarities to outfits worn by the late royal's daughters-in-law, the Princess of Wales and the Duchess of Sussex.

Named the 'Lamble Off-The-Shoulder Gown', the black bodycon number from Roland Mouret boasted a beautiful Bardot neckline in a contrasting white colour, a figure-flattering bodice and an elegant fishtail cut.
Although the original featured four sheer panels on the back, the princess gave it a modest upgrade by covering the panels.
During a visit to New York in the same year, Meghan was pictured heading to dinner at Locanda Verde in a very similar jumpsuit by Gabriela Hearst. While it had the iconic contrasting black and white bodice, Prince Harry's wife chose a strapless silhouette.

The Belgian royal family often share photos of the family on their milestone birthdays. This year, Eleonore's post included photos of her wearing a summery white broderie anglaise frock from Temptation Positano, alongside the message: "Princess Eleonore is celebrating her 18th birthday today! A significant milestone and the perfect opportunity to share some never-before-seen photos of the Princess."
Meanwhile, for her 16th birthday, Eleonore was pictured at the Belgian royal family's residence, Laeken, in Brussels in a white blouse, blue flared trousers from Zara and a pair of black loafers.
