ITV's hit crime drama, Grace, has been greenlit for a seventh season. The Brighton-based detective series, which will return next year, stars John Simm as Detective Superintendent Roy Grace, who investigates puzzling crimes for the East Sussex police with the help of DI Glenn Branson (Richie Campbell).

The show's renewal follows the major cliffhanger ending to season six, which saw Cleo kidnapped from her wedding to Roy while trying to protect Bruno.
