Carrie Johnson, the wife of former Prime Minister Boris Johnson, is being portrayed in the brand new ITV drama, Believe Me.
The mother-of-four, 37, is being played by actress Miriam Petche in the new series about serial rapist John Worboys, played by Line of Duty actor Daniel Mays, nearly two decades after she was spiked in his London taxi aged just 19.
Carrie was one of nearly 100 women who came forward to the police and one of 14 who were selected to go to court to testify, bravely deciding to waive her right to anonymity.
Now, the former media rep has reshared a first look at the new programme on her Instagram Stories.
The clip appears to show Miriam as Carrie shielding her eyes from the lights of photographers as she makes her way into court.
What will the series cover?
The four-part series will tell the true story surrounding John Worboys, dubbed the 'black cab rapist' after preying on women under the cover of being a licensed taxi-cab driver.
John was convicted in 2009 for crimes including sexual assault and drugging with intent against 12 women between 2006 and 2008, with their cases selected from a large number of suspected further victims.
What has Carrie said about the upcoming adaptation?
When the series was announced, Carrie said: "I hope Believe Me serves as a wake-up call to the police, the CPS and the parole board... Reform matters but what we urgently need above all is a profound shift in culture.
"It takes enormous courage for women to come forward. They must know that when they do, they will be treated seriously and with respect, and that every effort will be made to ensure justice is done."
