Mack Hollins shocked Super Bowl fans when he arrived at the big game in a jarring outfit. The New England Patriots wide receiver arrived at Super Bowl LX barefoot, wearing handcuffs and in a Hannibal Lecter-style mask and red scrubs.
The 32-year-old is known for his unique and quirky personality. He always shows up to games barefoot and in costumes. In 2023, Mack told NBC: "I think it's fun because everyone should be barefoot. You don't see people walking around in mittens."
He's worn wigs, construction vests, a Fred Flintstone outfit, and many others.
So ahead of the game on Sunday, February 8, many fans were patiently awaiting what Mack would wear. After his arrival, football fans took to the internet to share their opinions and confusion over the outfit. One person wrote: "Can somebody explain to me Mack Hollins' outfit for the Super Bowl???? I know I don't watch football but was there a reason for this?"

While playing for the Buffalo Bills, Mack arrived at a game against the Denver Broncos wearing a Fred Flintstone outfit and a furry blue Bills hat with red horns. At the time, the Bills tweeted out: "Yabba Dabba Doo!!"

In 2025, when the Buffalo Bills faced the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championships, Mack wore an Animal from The Muppets mask, a yellow and red crop top, and khaki capris. Of course, he was barefoot. The Bills ended up losing to the Chiefs, 32 to 29.

For a December 29 game against the New York Jets, Mack arrived at the game wearing a personalized Christmas sweatshirt. He donned a white hooded sweatshirt that said: "Deck the Hollins," and had a photo of himself in a Christmas outfit.

Ahead of an October game against the Tennessee Titans, Mack wore a somewhat normal outfit. Barefoot and with his curly hair down, he wore a black t-shirt with a pink cartoon character on the center of his shirt.

Mack's curious outfits aren't reserved for pregame. He shows off his style to team practices too. After joining the Patriots for the 2025-26 season, Mack showed up to training camp in a DIY crop top that showed off his abs. Of course, he was barefoot.
