Kylie Kelce has shared a "rough plan" for her future plastic surgery after admitting her body has changed since giving birth to four children.
The 33-year-old, who shares her daughters with former NFL star Jason Kelce, admitted on the latest episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast that she plans to "put my boobs back where they belong."
While Kylie has no immediate plans to go under the knife, she confessed that once she is sure she is done having children, she will eventually get breast enhancement surgery.
"To be clear, there is a rough plan that eventually I will put my boobs back where they belong because four kids. That's all I have to say about that," she quipped.
© Getty ImagesSpeaking to her good friends Amber and Gab in the Galentine's Day-themed episode, Kylie joked that she would throw a party to unveil her new breasts after watching a clip of a woman doing the same thing.
"They're having a party where she then reveals — really, my plan is we were gonna end up doing this," Kylie admitted to her friends. "I already know that. I wanna be clear, you were in whether you wanted to be in or not."
Teasing her friends, she joked: "I was gonna bait you with snacks. And then just be like, 'Hey, have you seen these?'"
Kylie has been candid about how welcoming and nursing daughters Wyatt, six, Elliotte, four, Bennett, two, and Finn, 10 months, has altered her body.
"Prior to children, I was part of the itty-bitty titty committee," she said on an October episode of her podcast. "Some would say I was the president. I was told in sixth grade that I was so flat, I was jealous of the wall, so there's that."
© Getty ImagesKylie confessed that before breastfeeding, she exclusively wore sports bras because she had "nothing" to fill a "regular bra."
"It got to a point where when I put on a regular bra and raised my arms, I actually had nothing to sit in the cup to keep the bra down," she explained.
While Kylie believes she and Jason are done having kids after welcoming their youngest last March, she doesn't want to rule out having another child just yet.
© Instagram"I never want to say no because then I feel like the universe is gonna hear me. And then I'm gonna sneeze and get pregnant," she quipped.
Last April, Kylie revealed that she and Jason had discussed him getting a vasectomy despite her being open to "one pleasant surprise."
"My husband was on a podcast recently and was referencing a vasectomy," Kylie said on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. "I was like, 'I'm glad you’re throwing that out into the universe.'"
© InstagramWhile the couple has "been in discussions" about the subject, Kylie admitted it isn't a plan that has yet been put in motion.
"I've always said I wanted four kids [and] room for, like, one pleasant surprise," Kylie explained. "If we had five kids, I'd be like, 'OK, that's enough. We need to stop.'"
