This season, Margot Robbie has become the undisputed queen of the naked dress trend. If her Wuthering Heights wardrobe is anything to go by, the actress enjoys infusing her sartorial gender with whisper-thing mesh, sultry lace, and embellished numbers.

Margot commands the trend with effortless precision, no doubt aided by the subtle reveal of her sculpted physique, as these gowns trace every contour of her frame in the most flattering way.

What's the secret to her toned figure? That's the question on everyone's lips since she rocked that bejewelled Armani Privé spring/summer 2025 gown to the A Big Bold Beautiful Journey premiere in London, or when she commanded attention in a Dilara Findikoglu autumn 2025 ready-to-wear dress that boasted a corseted bodice crafted from sheer fabric and asymmetrical rope-like embroidery to the Wuthering Heights premiere in London.

HELLO! takes a closer look at everything the star does to maintain her flawless physique, including her intense workout routine.

Strength training and Reformer Pilates

Margot often combined strength training with the core intensity of reformer pilates. The actress's routine featured chest press exercises, bicep curls, shoulder press reps, and a 100-rep ab challenge.

When it comes to her Reformer Pilates routine, Margot does these exercises – wheelbarrows, plank holds, plank to pike, glute kickbacks, and leg circles. Margot prioritises these strength and stability exercises as opposed to hard-core cardio workouts.

Nicole Chapman, a qualified personal trainer, spoke to us about Margot's fitness regime. "What I really love about Margot Robbie’s training approach is how holistic it is," she shared. "It’s clearly designed to build strength and support her body without pushing it into burnout - which is exactly what sustainable training should look like."

She continued: "Her workouts are also adapted to be short and time-efficient, which matters with a demanding filming schedule. You can get a genuinely effective strength workout in around 20 minutes when the focus is right and this kind of training works with a busy life rather than against it."

Nicole believes Reformer Pilates is especially important considering Margot's profession as an actress and the physical demands required on set. "Reformer Pilates fits perfectly into that approach. It builds deep, functional strength through controlled resistance, improving core stability, posture and mobility while staying low-impact," she said.

"Having worked on film sets for many years, I know how physically demanding long days can be and the strong focus on core and glute activation is especially valuable for supporting the spine and reducing lower-back strain during prolonged standing and repetitive movement. This kind of training isn’t about aesthetics, but about keeping the body strong, supported and resilient day after day."

Diet

Despite being known to love a burger and fries, Margot is dedicated with her diet ahead of filming, with her meals often consisting of proteins and vegetables. Day-today she normally has porridge or a green smoothie for breakfast, salad or chicken for lunch, and fish with veggies for dinner.

Margot prioritizes a balanced diet

"I’m not good at moderation”, Margot previously told Emirates Woman. "I get miserable if I don’t eat. I can’t just have a salad every day and half a glass of wine every second day. I can’t do it."

"I don’t have a very good diet. I love beers, fries, burgers, but if I have to get in a bikini then I’ll eat carrot sticks for three days. I’m one extreme or the other. Chocolate, waffles and fries are the main food groups that make up my diet."
