Since shooting to fame in 2011 when she joined the original cast of TOWIE, reality star Gemma Collins has always been exceptionally candid about her health and fitness journey.
Known for her effervescent personality, the TV star, 45, isn't shy of showing off the hard work she has put in when it comes to her weight loss journey. Gemma previously revealed she has lost an impressive 3.5 stone after being prescribed the weight loss drug Monjaro, describing the experience as "life-changing."
"I've lost so much weight, you wouldn't believe it," she told the Mirror last year. "It's the only thing I’ve managed to lose weight on without putting myself on a stressful diet. It is a revolutionary, life-changing drug for people who are overweight. I feel so much happier in myself, I feel a million dollars.
Gemma continued: "I think I'm actually saving the NHS. I won’t be going to the NHS with an obesity related illness so I won’t be putting any strain on it. I’m loving life, honey.
"It's just a shame I had to wait until I was 44 for this life-changing drug to come out because being overweight isn't good for your health, and it's just so lovely now that I have now been able to live like a normal person. There’s no food noise anymore. I feel so much better and free as a person to concentrate on other stuff because I'm not constantly thinking about food."
While the star is back on her journey with the prescription-only drug, Gemma revealed she had to scale back her use of it after experiencing "agonsing" gall bladder attack. But thankfully professionals reassured her it was nothing to do with the medication and she has since been "microdosing" the injections.
"I've given it a rest and I've really been managing what I've been eating. But I think I'm going to start microdosing because I feel with the microdosing, you don't get all the [side] effects."

Talking about her newfound confidence, Gemma said: "I've lost about 3½st and kept it off. I just feel good. I'm never going to look stick thin. I don't want to look stick thin. It's not who I am. But it's about being healthier. So it's all going in the right direction."
