This Morning star Alison Hammond wowed in a denim dress that showed off her cinched waist after losing 11 stone without the help of any weight loss medication such as Ozempic or Mounjaro.
The 51-year-old TV presenter posed on the red carpet at the premiere of Channel 4's new show, Your Song, at London's BAM Karaoke Box and beamed for cameras, putting her hand on her slimmed-down hip.
For the star-studded event, she wore a pleated denim midi-dress with a skater skirt and plunging V-neckline. The garment featured a zip running the length of its bodice and short sleeves that cuffed at her elbow.
Alison added a pair of patent black leather loafers and some simple gold hoop earrings to complete her low-key look for the evening event on 8 April and opted for a glam look when it came to her makeup.
She accessorised with a plethora of dainty gold bracelets on her wrists, as well as a gold watch, some rings, and what appeared to be a black Whoop fitness watch.
Alison is the host of the new TV series, which "showcases everyday people performing songs with personal meaning on pop-up stages across the UK", according to Channel 4's synopsis.
A dramatic, gradual change
The star, who found fame on Big Brother, has been on a weight loss journey for the last five years after she decided she needed a lifestyle change following a prediabetes diagnosis.
Adopting things like Reformer Pilates into her routine and leaning into a healthier, more balanced lifestyle, the daytime TV host revealed she felt "absolutely incredible" after adding exercise into her busy life.
Since then, she has lost an impressive 11 stone after it was reported that the star weighed 28 stone at her heaviest. With the help of healthy eating and traditional exercise, she has reversed her prediabetic diagnosis.
The star revealed that one of the biggest secrets to her successful weight loss was the introduction of Reformer Pilates to her exercise routine.
"I've just started doing Reformer Pilates and, oh my God, it's so good. You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch - I'm stiff as a board - so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me," she told Closer last month.
Abbey McLachlan, founder of the Pilates studio East of Eden, spoke exclusively to Best Quality Designer Handbag , and explained that the exercises "concentrate on strengthening the deep postural muscles, raising awareness of how one stands and the general alignment of the hips, spine and head."
