It was time for celebration in David Tennant's household on 29 March as his daughter, Olive Tennant, turned 15. To mark the occasion, the Rivals actor's wife, Georgia, took to Instagram to share two new photos of the teen.
"Happy 15th Birthday to our kind, funny, smart and relentlessly hardworking girl," The Bill actress Georgia penned in the caption. "Olive Helen, you make every day fuller, every room brighter and all of us better people for knowing you."
In the first photo, Olive looked remarkably similar to her mother, though her blonde hair was certainly longer than her mother's. Meanwhile, in a second shot, the birthday girl stuck out her tongue while holding a number 15 balloon.
Olive's budding acting career
Though only a teenager, Olive is already following her parents (and her grandfather, Doctor Who star Peter Davison) into the limelight.

A weekend of birthdays
It was a busy week for the family as it was the couple's eldest child, Ty's, birthday the day before Olive's.
Sharing a slew of photos from their time at the Banksy gallery in London, the proud mother wrote on Instagram: "Happy Birthday to my baby, whose birthday eve was spent at @banksylimitless where he didn’t take his hood off, so all my photos look like I went with actual Banksy. 24 years ago, I became a mum, and it’s the best thing in the world being yours."

David and Georgia are also parents to Wilfred, who was born in 2022, Doris, who was born in 2015, and Birdie, who was born in 2019.
David opens up about fatherhood
Though David likes to keep his children out of the public eye, he has previously opened up about fatherhood. "I think parenting is often sentimentalized, and sort of cleaned-up for consumption, and in my own experience being a parent, it’s hit and miss, and full of triumphs and disasters," the Doctor Who star told Radio Times in 2020.
