This summer, Kendall Jenner is most definitely our style muse – and for good reason. When the 26-year-old supermodel isn't gracing the runway, walking for the most esteemed designers of the moment, she still manages to take some time for herself relaxing beside the pool.

Only recently we were admiring her poolside hat choices – a ditsy floral floppy bucket by Aussie label Lack of Color and a fan merchandise green baseball cap by country singer Chris Stapleton are Kendall's faves – and her latest post provided us with even more inspiration for our summer wish list.

In a post shared on Instagram with her 247M followers, the model shared a series of photos which saw her wearing a yellow halter neck string bikini, paired with a red cropped cardigan in a rusty shade.

Never one to shy away from an unconventional fashion pairing, Kendall proved that a cardigan can be the perfect poolside piece. The viscose-blend cropped knit, courtesy of Californian-inspired French label Miaou, features a crew neckline and classic button fastenings.

The cardigan was layered over the top of a yellow string bikini by celeb-approved swimwear brand Sommer Swim. Other famous fans of the Italian label include fellow models Kaia Gerber and Bella Hadid.

Kendall finished off her look with the current It-bag, Bottega Veneta's 'Small metal loops shoulder bag', which she tucked under her arm.

The brushed leather accessory paired well with the model's 90-style sunglasses, which according to some fashion fans are vintage Gucci.
