Justin Baldoni and his wife, Emily Baldoni, are ushering in a new chapter, putting their sprawling Southern California family home on the market for a staggering $8.9 million on February 6.
The listing follows the couple's initial attempt to rent out the property in November 2025 for $40,000 a month, before it was taken off the market in January. The Ojai, Ventura County, residence features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and boasts over 5,200 square feet of space. The property spans across ten acres of land and has a backdrop of panoramic views of the Topatopa Mountains. As per the listing, it is described as a "rare retreat style compound".
The luxurious abode is complete with an array of high-end amenities, such as a yoga dome and guest dome imported from Poland, a custom-built mini house and a "regenerative orchard" with fruit and avocado trees. Set on the ground lies a saltwater pool, trampoline, putting green, basketball court, and fire pit area.
The inside of the family's former sanctuary is just as impressive. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors line the alfresco spaces, while the lounge offers a cosy atmosphere anchored by a built-in fireplace.
Justin and Emily previously opened the doors to their Spanish-style home during an interview with Architectural Digest in April 2023. The couple spent two years remodelling the home to serve as the backdrop to raise their children, daughter Maiya, and son Maxwell.
"We worked hard to make this house beautiful," shared Justin at the time. The home was designed with "feng shui in mind" and the interiors inspired by their vacation to Mexico.
"My mom is a feng shui master. Some people don’t believe in it, but I can tell you, being the son of a woman who’s done it for 30 years, you can feel the energy flow of a place," he said. "Every place that we have lived in, we’ve had my mom feng shui, and it has really changed the energy of the space and brought us a lot of really good fortune."
"We also live in such a magical place in Ojai. And so we also wanted to let that inspire our home," added Emily. "We have mountains. There’s rock, stone, water – it's very earthy, very natural, and absolutely gorgeous. We wanted it to feel like a sanctuary when we come home."
The move comes as Justin is set to go to trial on May 18, 2026, alongside his It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively.
