David Beckham has reportedly sold his $19.8 million Miami penthouse, which is just a stone's throw away from his daughter-in-law, Nicola Peltz's sprawling family estate in Palm Beach.

According to the New York Post, the former footballer, 50, has sold the apartment, situated on the 59th floor of the One Thousand Museum building, for $24.6 million, earning him $4.8 million profit. David bought the property back in 2020 for $19.8 million (£17.15 million) through his London-based company, Beckham Brand Limited.

Glimpses of the stunning home, just a short drive to the Peltz estate where Brooklyn and Nicola said "I do" in 2022,  are occasionally featured on David's fashion mogul wife, Victoria Beckham's, Instagram account.

The exquisite home features a state-of-the-art gym, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and a rooftop pool. The building is designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid and is the only residential space in Miami to have a helipad, which sits just above the penthouse that David and Victoria are believed to own.

When the building was designed, the intention was to include facilities to mirror a seven-star hotel. These included an infinity pool and bar, a treatment spa, a hair and beauty salon, an acai and juice bar, and a sunbathing area.

The home makes up just part of the Beckhams' expansive £73-million property portfolio, which also includes a townhouse in one of the most affluent areas in West London, Holland Park, as well as a sprawling estate in the Cotswolds.

Beckham feud latest

The deal comes amid the ongoing feud within the Beckham family, following Brooklyn's shock statement last month, during which he said he "doesn't want reconciliation" with his parents.

Adding: "She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."

Marc Anthony has broken his silence

Now, Marc Anthony has spoken out for the first time. In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Marc said that the Beckham's are a "wonderful, wonderful family" and said the situation was "extremely unfortunate".

"I have nothing to say about what's happening with the family," said the 57-year-old. "They're a wonderful, wonderful family. I've known them since before the kids were born. I'm godfather to Cruz. I'm really close to the family. But I have nothing to say about what happened there."

He added: "It's extremely unfortunate how it's playing out — but [how it's playing out] is hardly the truth."
