Jim Curtis, 50, shared a sweet tribute to his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, as she turned 57 on Wednesday. The pair have been dating since 2025, and they look incredibly loved-up in social media posts. Jennifer Aniston has her long-time Bel Air mansion as well as her newly renovated Montecito property to call home, but she also has access to Jim's swanky apartment in New York with a rather unique bedroom set-up.
The city residence with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which hypnotherapist Jim has owned since 2015, is currently up for sale for $1.5 million. Photos inside the apartment show that the master bedroom is separated from the dining and living space with a glass wall, described on the realator.com listing as "a custom fabricated steel and glass wall". The partition does add a little privacy to the open-plan loft space, but it is, of course, much more invasive than a brick wall. While Jim awaits offers on his condo, the couple could be using it as a base when they are in the city.

The property has proven problematic for Jim, though, with various failed rental attempts in the past. It was put up for $9,000 per month in April 2025, before being removed just weeks later. Jim then put it back up again in June for $10,000 until November, when it was taken down once again. He was also struggling to keep up with the cost of the apartment in 2017, missing payments for both February and March that totalled $15,242, according to a report in The US Sun.

Jen and Jim went public with their romance in November last year, but in an interview with the Today show in January, Jim explained that the duo had been dating for a while before then. Talking about how they met, he said: "We were introduced by friends," he shared. "We found out that we had mutual friends, and we started to just chat. It took a long time, but we chatted for a long time and became close."
Jennifer is notoriously private about her personal life, but she did debut Jim on her Instagram feed in November last year to celebrate his birthday. "Happy birthday, my love. Cherished," she penned, alongside a black-and-white snap of them, Jennifer with her arms wrapped tightly around her beau. Fans adored the declaration, leaving comments like: "Love this and love you both together," and: "We’re all cheering for them!" Fellow actress Reese Witherspoon added: "Happy Birthday! LOVE this love story."
