Nicola Peltz was born in Westchester County, New York, but now the model and actress lives with her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, in Los Angeles. In January, the 31-year-old daughter of billionaire Nelson Peltz took to Instagram with a photo where she stood in her backyard.
The Lola star was seen by a glorious outdoor swimming pool where she can catch the Californian rays, as the space features an alfresco living room. The poolside area comes with a leather sofa with a marble coffee table adorned with hardback books.
Nicola's indoor-outdoor living space
The features looked like they had come straight from indoors but had been positioned in the yard to maximise time in the warm weather. From another angle, Nicola was seen sitting on her husband's lap, showcasing the incredible skyline views on offer from the rooftop space.
Rachel Avery, HELLO!'s Replica Luxury Handbags Editor, tells us of Nicola and Brooklyn's decision to bring the outdoors in: "Their apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, meaning the view becomes artwork in itself. Taking inspiration from the outside, the couple has styled the space with a fluid indoor-outdoor theme.
"Firstly, there are pot plants, and having this kind of greenery indoors lifts the space. Plus, the bohemian rug perfectly bridges the gap between their veranda and the indoor living area. This sort of decor makes it ideal for days when they throw open the doors and bathe in the glorious LA sunshine."
Taking inspiration from her family home
Nicola is certainly used to having access to a pool at home, as her parents' Floridian pad boasts a large one. Her father owns an impressive $76 million estate in Palm Beach, which is particularly sentimental for Nicola and Brooklyn as the oceanfront pad served as their wedding venue three years ago.
It covers 44,000 square feet and is situated on a complex featuring tennis and basketball courts and a large sun terrace. Step inside the Regency-style compound known as 'Montsorrel' and you will find a formal living room, a dining room and a gym.
Financial trouble at Casa Peltz
Though lavish aesthetically, the home hasn't been without its controversies, as last November, Nelson Peltz was fined $250-a-day after building a padel court on the estate without approval.
The Palm Beach code enforcement board held a meeting where members unanimously agreed on whether to fine the businessman, who, according to Forbes, is worth $1.5 billion.
The fine was backdated to 30 October, and it was reported that it will continue to grow until the Peltzes either dismantle the court or get the build approved by the town council. Records published by The Palm Beach Post
