The Loose Women team are like a family, helping each other through divorce, friendship drama and other life worries. Now fans of the ITV show are urging Stacey Solomon to lend a hand to her co-star after seeing the inside of their home…
Nadia Sawalha, 61, took to Instagram on Monday to reveal the reality of the inside of her home and chaos caused fans to suggest she got Stacey on board to work her magic. The former X Factor star is known for her love of tidying and presents Sort Your Life Out, a show which helps families declutter with an extreme approach. Stacey also often shares her organisational hacks on Instagram, and her followers adore all of the tips and product recommendations.
Fellow Loose Women stars Christine Lampard and Frankie Bridge have both admitted feeling "stressed" when looking at pictures of where Nadia calls home, as they both prefer a tidier approach.
Nadia's ADHD
Nadia believes her messiness is due to her ADHD, and many of her followers relate to this behaviour. Alongside a video of her "chaotic" home, she penned: "The thing is I sorted all this a month ago!!!! I literally don’t know what happens????? Sometimes being me is a blooming nightmare! Don’t get me wrong there are a lot of ADHD traits that I love having … But the lack of organisational skills is so debilitating!!! Do you live with someone with ADHD? Do you have it? What's the worst symptom for you????"
"I find it so disappointing when we implement a new system or routine, and it lasts less than a month," wrote one fan, and: "Yes to this! I'm ADHD and also chaos and cluttered. Also activist and massive empath so this is so relatable."
The NHS describes ADHD on its website: "ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) is a condition where the brain works differently to most people. If you have ADHD, you may have trouble with things like concentrating and sitting still."
Singer Annie Lennox could relate too, and she commented: "Nadia!!!!!! We're in the same tribe!!!! THANK YOU for posting this!!! You are NOT alone!!! Almost a relief to see your lid collection!!"
It is not the first time that Nadia has opened the door to her home and unveiled her untidy corners. She once shared the inside of her kitchen cupboards, piled high with items in no particular order. She added the photo to Instagram Stories with the caption: "No wonder I can't ever find anything!" she captioned it. "Can anyone spot the pappardelle?" Ever the joker, she hashtagged it "#DoMESSsticGoddess".
Nadia often posts photos from the family home she shares with husband Mark and their two daughters, Maddy and Kiki. The five-bedroom property is also the backdrop for the couple's YouTube series.
