Noughties icon Paris Hilton and venture capitalist husband Carter Reum moved in June 2025 after their Malibu home was lost during the Lost Angeles wildfires. Now, they're California dreamin' with a gated property for which the 'Stars Are Blind' singer forked out a jaw-dropping $63 million.
There's plenty to love with six acres of land topped by a skate ramp, golf course and driving range as well as a pool with two spas. The home was owned by actor Mark Wahlberg until its sale in 2023 for $55 million.

If that wasn't enough, there's a gym, 75-foot pool, hot tub, theatre and wine cellar within the building while the apartment itself has three bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a loo (or a 3.5 bath for our US readers).

Nicknamed the Paul Family Ranch, Jake purchased the site in June 2025, complete with a three mile driveway, four houses and a shop. He shared with his YouTube followers that his requirements included a lake for wake surfing and jet skiing, as well as enough flat land for an airstrip and racetrack.
