Supermodel Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaia Gerber has sold her $5.5 million New York City loft that once belonged to SNL icon Mike Myers, according to the Daily Mail.
The 24-year-old model, who once dated Hollywood megastar Austin Butler, previously listed the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom apartment in December 2025 for $5.8 million.
The Chanel model initially bought the SoHo pad for $4 million from the SNL star in 2019 and commissioned various renovations on the space before moving out.
Some of the key features of the actress's home include a luxurious living room with a gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows stretching 11 feet tall.
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and comes with walk-in wardrobes and a balcony, while the kitchen is decorated in stunning neutral tones and stainless steel countertops.
The listing's handler, Georgia McDonald at The Corcoran Group, told the New York Post last December: "It remains one of the most beautifully finished loft-style homes in SoHo. The newly updated apartment has barely been lived in, as Kaia recently relocated back to California."
The property expert added: "This means the home is in truly pristine, move-in-ready condition for the next buyer."
Embracing fame like a pro
As the star moved on to new pastures, her very famous mother commented on how she was handling being thrust into the limelight as she carved a name for herself in both modelling and acting.
Kaia has appeared in Bottoms, Saturday Night, and Babylon and will star in the upcoming film Mother Mary, which also features Anne Hathaway.
Cindy, 60, opened up about how her daughter was adapting to a more public life and told People: "It's a much different landscape than it was kind of when I was her age.
"Like anything, there's good and bad sides to it. The good thing is you have direct communication with your audience. The bad thing can be, it's a lot of pressure and you see a lot of snarky comments on there."
The model added: "I'm learning along with her about that stuff, but I feel like she seems like she has a very good head on her shoulders and is figuring out how she wants to create that private work-public balance."
