Royal fans were given a rare view into Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's luxurious $29million Montecito mansion, specifically the Duke's home office, and there were some sweet hidden details on display.

In a clip shared to her Instagram account, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, brought her husband a selection of chocolate bars from her lifestyle brand, As Ever, with Harry choosing white chocolate. "Thank you, love you!" Harry said from behind his desk.

Behind him was a display of military patches gifted from members of Team Ukraine during the Invictus Games in February last year. And eagle-eyed royal fans soon spotted a card in the background, from the couple's children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, four. It read: "Love you Papa."

One royal fan wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "We got a sneak peak of Harry and Meghan's home office - peep the card from Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to the left of Prince Harry's head!" Others excitedly reacted with heart emojis.

Elsewhere in the video, Harry and Meghan's beloved rescue beagle, Mia, was seen curled up beneath the desk. The couple previously owned another beagle called Guy, with Meghan revealing he'd sadly passed away in an Instagram post last year.

Harry's love of fatherhood

In a 2022 interview with NBC, Harry was asked what he loved most about being a father, to which he responded, "All of it." He said: "'I love it. I love every part of it. I've always wanted to be a dad. I've always wanted to have my own kids and now I have got two little people who I'm responsible for."

In September, Harry spoke exclusively to HELLO! at the WellChild Awards in London after flying in from California. He said: "I think once you become a parent yourself, everything changes. It's emotional enough not being a parent and seeing what these families go through, but then when you have your own kids or when you're expecting your own kids, that's when it really hits you."

Recalling the moving moment when he welled up at the 2018 Awards, when he and his wife, Meghan, were expecting their firstborn, Archie, he added: "And I remember one of these years, I choked up on stage, and that was exactly it. I am so grateful to have healthy kids."

Meghan's glamorous evening out

It comes after Meghan looked effortlessly glamorous on Saturday night as she headed out for a rare red carpet appearance at the 2026 Fifteen Percent Pledge Fundraising Gala held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, an event which celebrates Black-owned businesses.

She opted for a stunning strapless gown by Harbison Studio, paired with Stuart Weitzman's 'Nudist 100' heels and a black shawl. The outing was a solo one, but the couple made a joint appearance together recently at the Sundance Film Festival back in January.
