Princess Beatrice is about to lose her go-to fashion stylist for a little while after she announced she was expecting her first child at 43 years old. Olivia Buckingham has been credited with helping the 37-year-old royal become one of the best-dressed in the family.
In a photo shared to Instagram, Olivia - who also styles Poppy Delevingne and Downton Abbey's Elizabeth McGovern - showed off her bump in a chic cream dress. She wrote: "The best birthday gift I could ever dream of."
Olivia, whose upcoming maternity leave may take her away from styling duties, continued: "I feel so incredibly grateful I get to start this next chapter of my life with a baby on the way. It's never too late to live the life of your dreams." Her post has received more than 1,900 'likes'.
The mother-to-be also received a series of well-wishes in the comments. They included from Beatrice's husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi who left heart-eyed emojis, and also Princess Diana's niece Lady Kitty Spencer, who wrote "such exciting news!! Congratulations my love".

Olivia is the great-granddaughter of Noel Croucher, who was chairman of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and she is reported to have been born in the city. According to the Daily Mail, it is not known if she has a partner.

She told the Daily Telegraph that year: "I don't ever want it to be about me, but I do like to push my clients' boundaries to allow them to experiment and slightly step out of their comfort zone. However, I still think it's extremely important to be aware of their insecurities and nurture them in the process."
Of working with the royal, Olivia added: "We were friends before, so it felt very organic when she asked me to help style her for high-profile events. It's very collaborative between Beatrice and I, and we have such fun together in the process. We work quite far in advance and call in looks for her to try – then it’s a process of elimination."

It has been a tumultuous time for the royal after her father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was arrested on his 66th birthday last week.
