Morgan Freeman has been at the helm of Hollywood for a whopping five decades now since his career began gaining momentum in the late 70s and early 80s. Today, aged 88, he is showing no signs of slowing down. The actor is gearing up for the release of his new drama series The Gray House, which hits Prime Video on February 26.
Executively produced by Morgan, the Gray House is inspired by true events and features Daisy Head as Elizabeth Van Lew, a wealthy Virginian who ran a Union spy ring during the Civil War. Mary-Louise Parker portrays Van Lew’s mother, Eliza, while Amethyst Davis takes on the role of Mary Jane Richards, a formerly enslaved woman who is also believed to have worked as a spy.
