Chelsea Handler has hard-launched her new relationship after revealing last week that she is dating a mystery man she calls "Cowboy."
The 51-year-old has kept his identity a secret, but she did share photos of him on social media while documenting their travels to Istanbul in Turkey.
Chelsea posted a carousel of photos from their time in the city, many of which featured the couple packing on the PDA, posing with their arms around each other, and beaming at the camera.
"I swung by Istanbul after Finland to check out what goes down during Ramadan. What a city. If I retained 50% of what I learned about the Byzantine, Ottoman, and Arabian Empires, I am much more knowledgeable than when I left," she captioned the post on Instagram.
"What a gorgeous, history-filled trip with a nice injection of my signature nonsense. See you in Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati this weekend. I like to get around."
Meet-Cute
Chelsea opened up about her new relationship in an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal last week and recalled the unique way she met her Cowboy.
© InstagramThe comedienne revealed that she and her mystery man met while sitting at the same blackjack table at The Cosmopolitan in Vegas in November 2025, and hit it off after she asked to borrow $1,000 from him.
"I had to ask this guy sitting at a blackjack table who was wearing a cowboy hat, he had a lot of chips, like, thousands of dollars. I was like, 'Hey, buddy, can I borrow $1,000? I'm gonna start winning right away," she told the outlet.
"And he was like, 'Yeah, absolutely!' So, he gave me $1,000. I paid him back another thousand just for interest, which I ended up taking back at the end of the night because I said, 'I don't think he deserved that.'"
© InstagramUnwilling to share his name, Chelsea admitted that she calls him "my current Cowboy," adding: "He's not a real cowboy, but I call him Cowboy."
Chelsea, who has a residency at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan, explained that after their initial meeting, she had a message from an unknown number the next day, which said: "I had so much fun last night with you."
© Instagram"I'm like, 'Who is texting me?" Chelsea continued. "And my friend says, 'Oh, that's the cowboy from the blackjack table. I gave him your number because you guys were so cute together. He loaned you that money, you paid him back, you guys were really flirty.'"
Later that month, Chelsea had a trip to Antarctica planned for Thanksgiving and sent Cowboy the link. "He bought a ticket and met me there," she added.

Chelsea revealed in March 2025 that she was dating another unknown man for nine months, although it is unclear when that relationship fizzled out.
She has also dated comedian Jo Koy, chef Bobby Flay, hotelier André Balazs, rapper 50 Cent, Animal Planet star Dave Salmoni, and former Comcast Entertainment Group CEO Ted Harbert.
