Less than one month after the death of Eric Dane, his widow, Rebecca Gayheart, and their daughters, Billie and Georgia, made their first public appearance.
The actress, 54, and her daughters stepped out on March 17 for the Los Angeles premiere of Zendaya and Robert Pattinson's new film, The Drama.
Rebecca, Billie, 16, and Georgia, 14, put on brave faces as they posed for photographers, putting on a united front in the wake of their heartbreak.
Rebecca stood proudly in the middle of her daughters, wearing a black and red striped dress, and smiled softly for the cameras.
Billie, who marked her sweet 16th on March 3, towered over her mother in a white lace strapless top and matching knee-length skirt while keeping a stoic expression.
Georgia, meanwhile, wore a short pink dress and kept a protective hand on her mom's back as she smiled sweetly at the cameras.
The family outing comes almost one month after Eric's death on February 19 at the age of 53.
The late actor died of respiratory failure, according to his death certificate, with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) as an underlying cause of death. He was cremated on February 27.
Rebecca, who separated from Eric in 2018 after 13 years of marriage, though they never divorced, recently spoke of how "grateful" she feels after the outpouring of support she and her daughters have received since Eric's death.
"I just want to thank everybody for being so kind to us during the last couple of years. It's been challenging and meaningful, and people are kind," she told Variety.
"I'm having trouble receiving all of the support and love coming at me from every which way because of Eric and the [entertainment] community that's so generous with their time.
"They've been holding me and the girls up the last two weeks, and I don't think they're going anywhere. I think they're in it for the long haul."
She added: "Hollywood gets a bad rap. That kind of makes me mad, because we have a lovely community of people, and I'm so grateful for them."
Despite their separation, Eric revealed in his final interview that he and Rebecca "still love each other deeply."
"I just think we don't wanna live with each other. But there's a lot of love there," he said in his Netflix special, Famous Last Words, which was released after his death on February 20.
"I'll never…I will have never, by the time anybody sees this, have fallen in love with another woman, as deeply as I feel in love with Rebecca," he continued.
"She's the mother of my children and the whole way that thing came about it was so organic and fortuitous."
He recalled the moment he knew that she was the one and added: "I met Rebecca and I turned to her friend and I said, 'I'm gonna marry that girl.'
"I have no idea how serious I was in that moment, but I said that, and her friend said, 'No way. She's never breaking up with her fiancé. They're getting married. They've been together since they were 15.'
"You know, four years later, I married her. I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. It was supposed to happen."
