Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias are notoriously private when it comes to their children, but the former tennis star made a rare move on Thursday when she finally revealed the name of their youngest.
The 44-year-old gave birth in December 2025, but when she shared the news on social media, she didn't reveal any other details about their newborn.
However, three months later, the mom of four has finally revealed that she and Enrique welcomed a baby boy, and they gave him a very sweet name.
Soon after Enrique, 50, posted a photo of his four children enjoying time together on the water, Anna took to her own Instagram account and re-shared the same photo.
Revealing her son's name, Anna captioned the post: "Lucy+Nicolas+Mary+Romeo," alongside four red heart emojis.
In the image, the couple's children are gathered closely on what appears to be a boat in Miami, Florida, smiling for the camera as daughter Mary, six, holds little Romeo on her lap, while her older brother Nicholas, eight, sits beside them and his twin, Lucy, lies playfully along the back of the seat.
Anna's followers were quick to share their adoration of Romeo's name, with one commenting: "What a beautiful name, Romeo!" A second said: "Beautiful name for a beautiful baby!"
A third added: "Romeo a beautiful name for your son, I'm glad you gave us the opportunity to get to know it. Congratulations, you create a wonderful family, may God always bless you."
Both Anna and Enrique have kept their family life out of the public eye, choosing to share only occasional glimpses of their children with fans.
The couple became parents on December 16, 2017, when they welcomed twins Lucy and Nicholas, followed by daughter Mary, or Masha in Russian, a nod to Anna's roots, on January 30, 2020.
The couple announced Mary's arrival that February, with the singer sharing a sweet snap of himself holding his newborn daughter on Instagram. "My Sunshine 01.30.2020," he wrote in the caption.
It was only shortly before her arrival that it was revealed that the couple was expecting a third child after HELLO!'s sister publication HOLA! exclusively published photos of Anna's baby bump.
It comes as no surprise that Anna and Enrique chose not to make a public baby announcement. They welcomed Lucy and Nicholas following a pregnancy that went completely unnoticed by the world's media.
It was once again HOLA! that confirmed the news of the twins' birth, just a few days after their arrival. The publication also revealed in August 2025 that Anna was already halfway through the fourth pregnancy.
They welcomed Romeo on December 17 and announced his arrival on Instagram, although they did not reveal his gender or name. Anna simply captioned a photo of him wrapped in a blanket: "My Sunshine 12.17.2025."
Weeks later, on December 28, Anna shared the first picture of all four of her children, gushing on Instagram that they were her "sunshines", alongside red heart emojis.
