If there's something we all know about Ashley Olsen, it's that she is extremely private. The 39-year-old fashion designer has yet to share a photo of her son, Otto, publicly. The same attitude seems to go for her husband, Louis Eisner, 37, but not for her mother-in-law.
Louis' mom, Lisa Eisner, is a designer just like his wife. The 69-year-old is a jewelry designer, art book publisher, photographer, and grandmother. In a recent conversation with the Financial Times, Lisa shared rare details about her role and possibly spilled the beans on some news.
After she was asked what beauty staple she couldn't live without, Lisa opened up about her grandson, Ashley and Louis' son. "I'm never without…lotion," she explained, adding: "The Vellum St Soap Company in Philadelphia makes it and it soaks into your body. They even used it on my grandson for diaper rashes. It's really amazing stuff."

While the designer referred to 'grandkids' (plural), Ashley and Louis, nor Louis' younger brother Charlie, have not confirmed having another child. HELLO! reached out to Ashley's representatives for comment.

The brief glimpse into Otto's life is the first in three years of life. After quietly tying the knot in December 2022, Ashley and Louis welcomed their son in 2023. While The Row co-founder was famous before she could even speak, she has chosen to keep Otto out of the spotlight.
In 2017, Ashley opened up about her and her twin, Mary-Kate Olsen's life away from social media. "Because we don't dive into that whole world [of social media] and we don't have Facebook, we've never been connected to our fans in that way," she told Net-A-Porter's The Edit. "We've stayed quite sheltered in that sense."
Who is Louis Eisner?
The Full House star reportedly started dating Louis in 2017 after years of friendship. Their first public appearance was at the Hammer Museum’s Gala in October 2017. They've known each other for over five years, having met through mutual friends in high school.
