The girls are fighting! On Monday, April 13, Alex Cooper took to social media to address a long-standing feud with fellow influencer, Alix Earle. The 31-year-old podcast host called out Alix, 25, after a year of rumors that the two had fallen out.
"I've got to call you out here," the Call Her Daddy host said straight to camera in a video posted to her three million TikTok followers. "You're going to need to get specific and just say what you got to say about me. There's no NDA. No one is stopping you. Stop hiding behind other people and just say it yourself."
Alex went on, saying: "What's the beef? Cause I'm really tired of waking up and seeing you using this fake drama to distract from other [expletive] going online for you. Not interested. I know what happened, and so do you."
Several hours after Alex posted the TikTok, Alix chimed in, commenting on the post: "Okay on it!!"
While the beef between the two media moguls has no apparent end in sight, HELLO! dives into the root of the drama, as well as their fortunes, and business.
What is the drama between Alix Earle and Alex Cooper?
In 2023, after Alex launched her Unwell Network, she signed on Alix and her Hot Mess podcast. But, two years later, Unwell gave up the rights to the show, thus sparking the feud. When Alix was asked about the split a few months later, specifically about what happened with Alex, she cheekily responded: "How much time do you have?"
Ever since, internet sleuths have watched Alix's online behavior closely. She recently reposted a video wishing women stopped making Call Her Daddy their first interview on a press tour after a traumatic event.
Years before the world learned of the other Alix, Alex Cooper took the internet by storm when she and her then-roommate Sofia Franklyn, launched their podcast Call Her Daddy.
In 2021, Alex went solo and landed a $60 million Spotify deal. In the years since, she's interviewed an array of Hollywood A-listers and the political elite, including Miley Cyrus, Hailey Bieber, Michelle Obama, and Kamala Harris.
While her current net worth isn't known, due to her massive success in the industry, Alex brought in an incredible $22 million in 20204, per Forbes.
Aside from Call Her Daddy, Alex and her husband Matt Kaplan launched The Unwell Network in 2023. The burgeoning media empire is home to podcasts like Madeline Argy's Pretty Lonesome and Harry Jowsey's Boyfriend Material.
In 2024, Alex launched Unwell Beverages – which sells hydration and energy drinks under the Unwell umbrella. Outside of Unwell, Alex also starred in the two-part docuseries Call Her Alex on Hulu and hosted a series on NBC during the 2024 Paris Olympics called Watch with Alex Cooper.
Alix Earle made getting ready something worth watching. When she was a college freshman at the University of Miami, Alix started posting on TikTok. In the six years since those videos, she has amassed 14.4 million followers across Instagram and TikTok.
As of 2026, it's estimated that Alix is worth some $20 million, due to her successful transition from social media star to entrepreneur.
Aside from that, Alix is a savvy businesswoman. In 2025, she was announced as a strategic investor in Gorgie, an energy drink brand. And in March 2026, Alix unveiled her skincare brand, Reale Actives, telling WWD: "I was just so invested in making something that would be good for acne-prone skin care. And as we were talking about different things, I only really cared about something that was going to be good for acne-prone skin."
