Kate Hudson's seven-year-old daughter, Rani Rose, stole the show at her big brother Ryder's graduation from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, in a white top and colorful cheetah print jacket.
Rani looked so much like her mother as her father, Danny Fujikawa, held her in his arms while she struck a pose for the camera. In another snap, she helped Kate put her makeup on for the graduation event and touched up her lipstick. A third photo saw Rani posing with her brothers, Ryder and Bingham, outside Radio City Music Hall in celebration of her oldest brother's graduation day.
"My college graduate!!!!!! @mr.ryderrobinson," Kate captioned the post, which also included a picture of Ryder with his grandparents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, a photo of Kate with her ex and Ryder's father, Chris Robinson, and a snap of the actress with her second son, Bingham.

Kate celebrated her daughter's seventh birthday in October 2025 with a touching tribute. "My little lady is seven today! My sweet sparkly sassy silly sunshine girl! You are the light of my life," she wrote on Instagram. "I love you! Happy Birthday."

"She's the best. She's so magical," Kate told People. "She's definitely her mother's daughter. It takes her forever to get out of the house. She's very particular about her wardrobe and her clothes and her vibe."
"She is just a total firecracker, but then she's much more emotional than I think I was when I was little," she continued. "She's much more of an empath, where I was like, yeah. She's just very empathetic and emotional."

"I think the thing that's so unique about my life is that in this very patchwork family, we all have figured it out…The kids feel like they have this huge family," Kate explained, adding that she even babysits her exes' other kids on occasion.
