Isla Fisher offered a glimpse into her summer bikini wardrobe with a series of dreamy photos from her vacation in Greece. The 50-year-old took to Instagram to share a carousel of snaps from her trip abroad.

One photograph captured the actress posing on a balcony with her back to the camera. She wore a pair of lilac bikini bottoms paired with a green knitted cardigan. Her hair was left loose in soft waves, gently blowing in the breeze.

"Family, Feta, Five days," Isla penned in the caption.

Another photograph showed the star posing in front of the ocean, dressed in a blue-and-white floral dress that featured delicate lace detailing on the bust. This time, Isla's locks were swept back into an elegant updo.

This isn't the first time Isla has shared a stunning bikini photo on social media. To usher in the New Year, she posed for a selfie in a green string bikini, her auburn hair still wet after a swim. The actress was enjoying a getaway in Barbados at the time.

The star's flawless figure is courtesy of her dedicated fitness regime that blends hikes in the Hollywood Hills with yoga, which she practices five times a week for the "mind-body experience".

Isla is also a fan of the Tracy Anderson Method dance cardio class in LA's Studio City. The personal trainer previously spoke to us about training in midlife. "I think it's great that we’re having more conversations about menopause but I'm also seeing the fall-out from doctors scaring women into thinking they suddenly need to start flinging ropes and lifting heavy weights," she shared.

"You only actually lose between 3 and 8% muscle mass per decade after the age of 40 which isn't much so you need to outrun rather than overcorrect that loss by investing in a range of movements (running isn't going to cut it) and adding incremental weights without injuring yourself."

She continued: "For me, step aerobics and Pilates weren't transformative enough and it wasn't until I realised that balance is continuous that I started studying the movements that could take any woman from any genetic background and turn them into their most balanced self. At the end of the day most women just want to get into proportion and you can't do that by relying on one thing like running."
