Very cute gucci bag! exactly as described. I was so afraid to make this purchase because there were no photos in the comments, but I had already made another purchase with this seller, I contacted him, asked for pictures of the bag and decided to take a risk.100% AAA Luxury Goods.. I thought it did. but the seller was great. I actually ordered this is the brown, then changed my mind on the color. I messaged seller and they swapped colors for me, no problem. The bag is well made and bigger than I expected, even though the dimensions were posted. I'm in love and the seller is wonderful!

I will say the bag is so cute and very authentic looking. Communication with seller was good but overall the bag is nice. The chain is strong as well. Coloring is nice too and the bag is sturdy. It can hold the items needed for daily going out. I like this bag very much.

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Wow. I am very touched. This has exceeded my expectations. This bag is so pretty! I checked the entire bag inside and out and saw only very small defects that weren't even noticeable unless the bag was fully inspected.
