Tom Hardy is known for his love of tattoos, with the 48-year-old having more than 30 pieces of art decorating his body. These are dedicated to key moments in his life, including fatherhood, career milestones and other tributes to his family.
However, this love of ink hasn't transferred onto his beloved wife, Charlotte Riley, who recently remarked in an interview with The Times that her husband has more than "enough for us both".
She then added: "But the older I get, the more piercings and tattoos appeal. Just get old disgracefully, I think."
The 44-year-old also spoke about her relationship with the Taboo star, including how the pair parent their two children. She told the publication: "We tend not to work at the same time because that makes life easier."
At the moment, the two children don't have any love for their parents' career, with the family instead focusing on art, with their kitchen filled with "art materials and big canvases".
The couple first met when they filmed together in ITV's adaptation of Wuthering Heights back in 2009. Speaking about their first meeting, the actress recalled: "He made me a really decent cup of tea. Strong. There's not much point if the spoon doesn't stand up.

Charlotte has commented on her husband's physical appearance before, with the actor undergoing several physical transformations over the years. When previously asked about the star growing out a beard, Charlotte remarked: "I just love him however he comes."
Couple's rare comments
Tom and Charlotte prefer to keep their private life away from the spotlight, with the couple not sharing any details about their kids, including their names and gender. Tom is also a father to a teenage son, who he had from a previous relationship.

I made a lot of mistakes, and I put my mum and dad through a lot because they were so worried about me."
He continued: "I take great pride in being a father and make sure I'm there for him [son, Louis] and helping him as he makes his way in the world."
