Elsa Pataky turned the Madrid premiere of El Replica Luxury Handbagnaje into her own runway moment on Tuesday night, stepping out at the Círculo de Bellas Artes.

The Spanish actress, 48, made a striking entrance in a figure-hugging silver mini dress intricately embellished with delicate beading and mirror-like detailing. 

The barely-there straps and sculpted silhouette drew the eye to her famously toned physique, with her strong shoulders and defined legs on full display under the lights of the red carpet.

Her beauty look followed suit with loose, softly tousled blonde waves framed her face, while glowing skin and a subtle smoky eye added just the right amount of polish.

She kept accessories minimal, letting the dress do the talking. Elsa has long been admired for her commitment to health and fitness, something she has spoken about openly over the years.

The Spanish actress, who shares her kids India Rose, 13, and twins Sasha and Tristan, 11, with her husband, Chris Hemsworth, has an enviable bikini body thanks to her incredibly active lifestyle.

The family of five lives in Byron Bay, Australia, where they boast a state-of-the-art home gym that Elsa frequents, as well as an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

"[My kids] keep me active. But I also train pretty hard," she told the publication. "I go to the gym at least three times a week to do a mixture of weights and cardio."

Elsa shared that she has been doing a HIIT workout called the Norwegian 4x4 that helps to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. It involves four rounds of four-minute intervals where the body is pushed almost to the maximum heart rate. As for her diet, the Matices actress prefers intermittent fasting for 14 hours overnight.

"I'll have dinner with my kids at 6.30 pm – far earlier than the 10 pm meals I grew up with in Spain – and then I eat breakfast around 9 am the next day," she explained. "I'm trying to eat more protein – I'm at an age when you start to lose muscle – and I have miso soup for my gut health."

Elsa combines her workouts and diet with a series of hobbies that help keep her grounded and calm. "Things like meditation can be great, but I think you also have to find your other 'meditative' moments in the day. For me, that's hobbies – when you focus on something you like to do, your mind goes into that state," she said.rel
