Geri Halliwell-Horner was pictured arriving at the 2026 Commonwealth Day service alongside her husband and former F1 boss, Christian Horner.
Just days after Netflix dropped the new series of Drive to Survive, which detailed Geri's tearful reaction to Christian being sacked in 2025, the couple put on a united front at the service.
Geri, who is a Royal Commonwealth Society ambassador, joined 1,800 guests, including King Charles, Queen Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales, at Westminster Abbey to celebrate collaboration as the defining strength of the modern family of nations.
Sticking to her tried-and-true wardrobe formula, the former Spice Girls star wore an angelic white outfit. She teamed her belted midi dress and matching jacket with nude pointed-toe heels and a burgundy bag, which added a splash of colour.
One item we couldn't help but notice was Geri's wavy headband from bridal milliner Jess Collett, which eagle-eyed fashion fans may have spotted was a white replica of the one she wore for the 2025 Commonwealth Day service. While the original £250 'Wave' hairband is described as a "metallic black wave hairband encrusted with dazzling space rocks," Geri appears to have had a bespoke ivory version crafted for her signature monochrome wardrobe
Geri's white uniform
In an interview with The Sunday Times Style, the mother-of-two explained her decision to keep her wardrobe filled with white ensembles.
Comparing her wardrobe to that of a CEO wearing a suit every day, she said: "There’s a power in covering up. I didn’t realise that. I don’t need to overshare."
The colour is symbolic of confidence and purity, with colour expert Gabi Winters from Chromology previously telling Best Quality Designer Handbag : "While it isn't a stimulating colour to the senses, white represents a blank canvas waiting to be written upon. It's a fully reflective colour that creates simplicity, clearing the way forward."
Tearful TV appearance
In Drive to Survive's fourth episode, A Bull Without Horns, the cameras captured the moment Geri got emotional over Christian's news.
Christian approached his wife to simply say: "All... all done and dusted." He added: "Of course your immediate reaction when you get delivered a [expletive] sandwich like that is, like, [expletive] them.
"I've had something taken away from me that wasn't my choice, that was very precious to me."
Geri then added: "But you thought it was going to happen. We came back from that Austria race, and I remember you sat on the bed one night and went, 'Something really bad's gonna happen'."
The sacking came after Red Bull launched an investigation into allegations of inappropriate behaviour made against Christian. He was cleared in the subsequent investigation.
