Amal Clooney was the epitome of modern sophistication in a new set of photos posted on social media by her hairstylist, Dimitris Giannetos. The human rights barrister and wife of George Clooney was pictured ahead of the Cartier Women's Initiatives Dialogue event in Milan, Italy, in an all-black look with a twist.
She rocked a leather midi skirt by Elie Saab in a stylish crocodile print. It featured flat pockets and was belted for an extra cinched look. The figure-skimming number was paired with a fitted black top with a bateau neckline, and for her accessories, she added a pair of oversized shades and a gold chain bracelet.
Amal's hair glow-up
Her hair had been blow-dried to frame her face and highlight her warm caramel highlights. Her stylist also revealed that he had cut her hair for the event. "I wanted to subtly change Amal's hair color and length! La Panthère highlights are bold, but at the same time look effortless and very elegant," Dimitris penned on Instagram.

Amal's leather skirt is the ultimate statement piece for a transitional wardrobe, given April's uncertain weather. It's not the first time Amal has worn a leather midi skirt, though, and her style from 2018 was one to remember.
