Zara Tindall was glorious in green on Thursday as she stepped out on St Patrick's Thursday at the 2026 Cheltenham Festival.

The 44-year-old daughter of Princess Anne and her first husband, Captain Mark Phillips, made an appearance alongside her husband, Mike Tindall, wearing a sumptuous olive green suit by ME + EM which put a spring twist on a look she has worn previously.

Braving the wind, Zara rocked a velvet single-breasted jacket, which was worn buttoned up, with the matching wide-leg trousers. The royal, who works with the stylist Annie Miall, teamed it with a satin shirt in a lighter green hue from Reiss and buttoned it up to the collar to create a structured look.

Accessorised to perfection, King Charles' niece slipped on a pair of croc print leather boots and carried a gold clutch in the same print by Lalage Beaumont to create a coordinated finish without looking too uniform. She also wore black leather gloves and gold hoop earrings by Kiki McDonough featuring tiny green jewels for a touch of sparkle.

The true star of the show was her majestic hat. The percher style by Justine Bradley Hill featured a large gold-green flower which sat upright for added height and to create an architectural look. It was accommodated by her low bun, which was secured with hair grips.

Long-time fans of Zara's fashion may recognise Zara's suit. It looked just like the burgundy version she wore to the Princess of Wales' 'Together At Christmas' carol service at Westminster Abbey in 2024.

For this occasion, she paired the Veronica Beard two-piece set with a silky shirt in the same red wine hue to create a monochrome moment akin to her green look on Thursday.

Cheltenham Festival kicked off on Tuesday, and thus far, the royal equestrian has made an appearance every day. On day one, Zara looked wonderful in a navy look featuring a wool skirt set by The Fold, Fairfax & Favor's 'Regina' boots, an Aspinal of London croc print bag, and a leaf-adorned hat by Juliette Millinery.

Her bag, which features a detachable chain strap, is Zara's secret style weapon when it comes to a day at Cheltenham. "Note that styling bags at the races isn’t as easy as it looks! You need something with space but in a classy, stylish package - that’s the reason that the various Aspinal bags we’ve seen on Zara Tindall at the races [work]," fashion stylist Leanne Jones tells us.

Meanwhile, on Ladies' Day, the royal was spotted catching up with Carole Middleton in a bespoke Katherine Hooker wrap coat styled with burgundy accessories – a Juliette Millinery hat, Monc's Belleville' sunglasses, and Fairfax & Favor's 'Loxley Elderberry Velvet Crossbody Bag', as identified by Royal Fashion Police on Instagram.
