The ceremony begins at 5pm and will be broadcast two hours later on BBC One and iPlayer. So stay tuned!
Princess Kate returns after three-year absence
The Princess of Wales made a dazzling return to the BAFTAs as she walked the red carpet with her husband, the Prince of Wales.
Kate has not attended the star-studded ceremony for three years due to her cancer diagnosis, subsequent treatment plan and recovery.

Who is leading the nominations?
One Battle After Another, starring DiCaprio alongside Teyana Taylor, Sean Penn, Chase Infiniti and Benicio Del Toro, leads the nominations with 14 nods.
Sinners, the horror film starring Michael B. Jordan, follows close behind with 13 nominations, while Hamnet and Marty Supreme both have 11 nods.
Both Timothée Chalamet and Jessie Buckely are tipped for victory following their big wins at the Golden Globes. But anything can happen at the Baftas!

The first award of the night...
The first award of the night is for Special Visual Effects.

The BAFTA goes to...
Avatar: Fire and Ash picked up the gong, which was presented by Delroy Lindo and Michael B Jordan.
Best supporting actress
The award goes to Wunmi Mosaku for her performance in Sinners.
In her acceptance speech, Wunmi said: "Thank you Bafta for this incredible honour.
"To my daughter, you are my greatest teacher. I am so proud of you, everything begins and ends with you."

John Davidson is heard from the audience
John Davidson, who inspired the Tourette's film I Swear, is shouting out during the ceremony.
The 54-year-old campaigner, who has Tourette's, can be heard from the audience.
The Bafta for Supporting actor goes to...
Sean Penn won the BAFTA for One Battle After Another. Sean wasn't there to collect his award, which was presented by Gillian Anderson and Maggie Gyllenhaal, so Gillian joked that she'd take it home instead.

National treasure Paddington takes to the stage
Paddington Bear is presenting the award for best children's and family film - a big moment for BAFTA, as he's the first ever bear to present the award!
"I am the first presenter to get marmalade all over a Bafta," he said.

Boong has won the award for children's and family film.

Ryan Coogler picked up the award for best original screenplay for Sinners, presented by Kathryn Hahn and Bryan Cranston.

Alan Cumming hands out snacks to the stars
In a short break from the awards, host Alan Cumming is interacting with the crowd, offering A-list stars various snacks. Kylie Jenner just accepted a jammy dodger, while Leonard DiCaprio was given a flapjack.
Meanwhile, Emma Stone was handed some Hula Hoops and rapper Stormzy accepted a bag of Skips.
KPop Demon Hunters perform Golden
KPop Demon Hunters singers EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami got the crowd going as they performed their hit song Golden.
It's the first time the group have sang the track outside of the U.S.
Outstanding debut by a British writer, director or producer
My Father's Shadow picked up the award for Outstanding debut by a British writer, director or producer, presented by Ethan Hawkes. The film was penned by Wale Davies and directed by Akinola Davies Jr.

Costume Design
Frankenstein picked up the award for costume design, which was presented by Hannah Waddingham. The actress described the evening as "gently raucous" as she took to the stage.

Best film not in the English language
Sentimental Value walked away with the gong for Best film not in the English Language, beating It Was Just an Accident, The Secret Agent, Sirāt and The Voice of Hind Rajab to the award.
It marks the first time a Norwegian film has won a BAFTA.
Paul Mescal misses his cue
It looks like Paul Mescal just missed his cue! Introducing the next award for Outstanding British Film, Alan Cumming looked to Paul to help him with a "gag" - but the Hamnet star was too busy looking at his phone!
The award for Outstanding British film goes to...
Hamnet picked up the award for Outstanding British Film. Jessie Buckley, Paul Mescal and various members of the cast and production team made their way to the stage to accept the award.

A touching In Memoriam segment
Jessie Ware performed a touching edition of Barbra Streisand's 'The Way We Were' during the moving segment, which paid tribute to the likes of Diane Keaton, Catherine O'Hara and Rob Reiner.
Now for the EE Rising Star award!
Robert Aramayo picked up the award for his performance in I Swear. It's the only award at the EE BAFTA Film Awards voted for by the public.
Robert thanked his "I Swear family", who he praised as "incredible people," calling John Davidson, the inspiration for the film, the "most remarkable man I've ever met."

Alan Cumming thanks the audience for their understanding
Alan Cumming has thanked the audience for their understanding after John Davidson, the inspiration for the film I Swear, let out involuntary shouts during the ceremony.
"You may have noticed some strong language in the background. This can be part of how Tourette's syndrome shows up for some people as the film explores that experience," said Alan. "Thanks for your understanding and helping create a respectful space for everyone."
Best director
Paul Thomas Anderson won the award for One Battle After Another.
Paul gave a shoutout to the film's star Leonardo DiCaprio, who he gave a "special thank you" to for asking all the right questions.
Prince William presents the Bafta Fellowship
Prince William has taken to the stage to present the prestigious Bafta Fellowship Award to Dame Donna Langley.
As chairman of NBCUniversal Entertainment, Donna is the first British woman ever to run a major American film studio.
The likes of Emma Thompson and Tom Cruise paid tribute to Donna in a pre-recorded clip.
And the award for leading actor goes to...
In the night's biggest surprise, Robert Aramayo took home the Leading Actor award for I Swear.
Robert was clearly stunned by the news. "I absolutely can't believe this," he said, sharing his disbelief at being in the same category as Leonardo DiCaprio.

And the award for best leading actress goes to...
It's no surprise that Jessie Buckley walked away with the award for leading actress. The Hamnet star, who is the first Irish performer to win a leading actress Bafta, was widely praised by critics for her performance of a grieving mother.
Accepting her award, Jessie said: "As a little girl, I never in a million years thought I'd be allowed to make a film. Here I am."
Sharing a tribute to her daughter, Jessie said: "I'd like to share this with my daughter. It's the best role of my life being your mum."
