The three-part series, titled KYLIE, sees the 57-year-old open her personal archives and reflect on a life that "captivates, inspires and soundtracks multiple generations".
The series is directed by Emmy and BAFTA Award-winner Michael Harte (Still: A Michael J. Fox Movie, BECKHAM) and produced by John Battsek's VENTURELAND, the multi award winning team behind the documentaries WHAM! and BECKHAM.

What is KYLIE about?
The three-part documentary explores how the chart-topping artist reshaped pop and became one of music's most enduring icons. From her breakthrough role as Charlene in the hit Australian soap Neighbours to becoming a pop sensation and selling over 80 million records, Kylie has cemented her status as an icon.
The synopsis reads: "Leaning into a lifetime caught on home movie cameras, personal photographs and new interviews with Kylie herself, it also shows the woman behind the hits - and how she has faced public scrutiny, personal loss and illness with grit and grace, earning respect far beyond her own fandom."
Footage including home movies, personal photographs and new interviews with Kylie herself will feature in the series. Viewers can also expect insights from friends, family and collaborators, including Dannii Minogue, Jason Donovan, Nick Cave and Pete Waterman, to celebrate "the joy, connection and euphoria that makes Kylie unmistakably Kylie".
When will KYLIE be released?
Netflix has yet to reveal a release date for the series, so stay tuned!
A big year for Kylie
It's been a big year for Kylie, whose new documentary follows a world tour and a new Christmas album released last year.
Speaking to HELLO! in December, Kylie spoke about her jam-packed year. "I haven't stopped; it's been an absolutely gigantic, incredible year," she said.
On whether a new album is on the cards for 2026, the singer added: "I imagine I'll be making music just for the love of it, maybe banking some things. I think I should just do the background work maybe."
