Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good. I can feel that it’s made of genuine leather and the microfiber lining is like the real thing. Yesterday, I gave one of the totes to my sister as her birthday gift and she was delighted by it. Not sure about the reviews below but mine is definitely real! The bag arrived after about.. 3-4 weeks? Not entirely sure, but the seller was communicative about delays and very friendly. The bag itself is weighty, it feels so real it’s shocking! The inside lining is all black so it matches the bag. The zip inside is very stiff but good quality, and it came with the celine crossbody strap (which is black). At first I didn’t know if there was much space inside but the lining is actually cut perfectly to fit the saddle shape of the bag, so after tucking it into all the nooks and crannies this bag fit my purse, my tobacco, my car keys, and my phone! There’s definitely room for more too. I’m so so so so happy with this and genuinely recommend it to anyone who wants a flawless Luxury Goods! (P.S mine came in a beautiful illustrated Celine box with receipts and a dust bag!)

Although I didn’t really need “customer service” in a traditional sense, team member Tracy reached out and informed me of some minor changes to a bag I had ordered. It’s always a little concerning when ordering any Luxury Goods but this company truly runs an excellent business or at least the team members on the front line are amazing. Give that gal a raise!
