Despite being the youngest child of superstars David and Victoria Beckham, Harper Beckham is just as eager to try viral health hacks as the rest of us. Joining thousands of TikTok users raving about a new form of acupuncture, it was revealed that the teenager was a big fan of ear seeding.
The 14-year-old was introduced to the needle-free form of ear acupressure that uses small seeds, beads, or pellets, which are attached to the ear with adhesive tape, during a visit to London Fashion Week.
Attending shows with her brother, Romeo Beckham, Harper came across a woman offering the acupuncture technique as part of an activation with the fitness brand Alo and fell in love on the spot.
Dragon's Den winner and founder of East Healing, formerly known as Acu Seeds, Giselle Boxer, shared a video on her social media accounts revealing details about her interaction with the youngest Beckham child, and she told the internet that Harper was a fan of her products.
Trying out the practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, the budding star was "lovely, kind and polite" and asked if Giselle would "come and do it again".
A starry encounter
Speaking to her followers, the ear seed specialist uploaded a video from the front seat of her car and explained how she ended up becoming a beloved brand by the Beckham family.
"My products are in the Beckham household," Giselle exclaimed. She continued: "A couple of years ago, I was at London Fashion Week, and I was ear seeding with Alo.
"I met Harper Beckham and Romeo Beckham, and I did ear seeds on them. After that, they requested that I go and do more ear seeding for them because they loved it so much.
"I sent them a big hamper to their house in London. Today I got a message from the PA of the Beckhams to say that Harper would love to get some more ear seeds and that she wants to know where she can purchase them."
The business owner added: "If someone had told me when I started this business that the Beckhams were going to be buying my products, I literally wouldn't have believed them."
What is ear seeding?
Ear seeding is a form of acupuncture which sees studs or crystals applied to specific points around the ear. Each point they're applied to is designed to stimulate a reaction in the body, and many claim the pellets help reduce anxiety and help with sleep.
It is a needle-free version of the ancient Chinese practice that aims to alleviate pain and stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
In the midst of the ongoing feud between Harper's eldest brother, Brooklyn Beckham, and his parents, after the hot sauce founder made claims his parents "controlled" him, the teenager may have used the seeds to reduce the stress of dealing with family issues publicly.

The former Spice Girl's interest in health and beauty isn't the only thing Harper seems to be inheriting. The teenager channelled her famous mum's love for fashion during a recent shopping trip with her cousin and looked very grown up.
Harper and the daughter of Victoria's sister, Louise, Libby Adams, headed out to the shops together earlier this week and shared photos on social media.
In the mirror selfie, Harper poked her head out from behind Libby's shoulder and pulled off her mum's signature pout. The duo were also joined by Cruz Beckham's girlfriend, Jackie Apostel.
