It's been a busy few months for The Apprentice star Karren Brady, who showed off an incredible all-blue look ahead of the BBC final on Thursday.

Karren, who has been Lord Sugar's trusted advisor on the show since 2010, took to Instagram to share a couple of snaps of her co-ordinating look, which featured an amazing cerulean blue tank top and trousers.

The 57-year-old businesswoman completed the look with a silver Chanel belt and a pair of glossy brown heels and styled her chocolate brown hair in long, loose curls.

Captioning the photos, Karren penned: "Final showdown. After 12 weeks of tough tasks and boardroom battles, it all comes down to this. Two candidates. One life-changing investment."

She continued: "Tomorrow night, the ultimate pitch begins – familiar faces return to help sharpen ideas and support the finalists as they prepare to launch their businesses in front of a room full of industry experts.

"Let’s find out who's got what it takes to win Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment…"

After sharing the details of her outfit, the baroness added: "As with all my posts I am not paid to post the brands I wear, nor have the brands asked me to post on their behalf.

"I share my wardrobe, so my followers know where my items are from (I get asked a lot!). If I ever do receive gifts or enter a paid partnership, I will explicitly say so in those posts."

Karren's health journey

Having been in the public eye for many years, Karren has spoken about the scrutiny she's faced and recently addressed the "belittling" comments over her appearance after rumours suggested she may be using weight-loss jabs like Ozempic.

Speaking to The Sun in January, Karren was quick to clear up the reports. "I'm not on Ozempic, but questions about women's weight come up far more often than they should. I'd much prefer the conversation to be focused around my work," she said.

"Anyone can do anything they want to their own body. I have no problem with it at all. But people think they know something they don't know, or they just presume. And so what if I was? And what if I wasn't? It would be my choice. I think the way people talk about women's bodies is certainly an effort to belittle them or make them feel insecure."

She added: "I've been called too fat, too thin and everything in between. I've had a lifetime of it. All I want is to feel strong, physically and mentally."

Karren is a mum to two adult children, Sophia and Paolo Peschisolido, who she shares with her husband, former Canadian footballer Paul Peschisolido. The baroness is also a grandmother to two grandchildren, Leo and George, who she said inspired a change in her health journey.

The Apprentice final lands on Thursday

Speaking to Daily Mail in November, Karren said: "I have been on a health kick, I became a grandma, and I wanted to be a fit healthy grandma, so I started eating healthy and exercising."

Reflecting on her weight, Karren added: "It's from bloody hard work. It is okay losing it, it is keeping it off. I have lost quite a bit – I don't know though as I don't weigh myself. I feel better for it. It is good because everything you put on fits."

The Apprentice final will air on BBC One on Thursday at 9pm.
