Ronan Keating shares three children with his ex-wife, Yvonne Connolly, who married her partner of 14 years, John Conroy, in New York over the weekend.
The former couple's brood made an appearance at Yvonne's nuptials, with Jack, 27, Missy, 25, and Ali, 20, joining their mother in her wedding photos captured in Central Park.
Jack, Missy, and Ali have grown accustomed to their father's fame, but it hasn't always been easy. In 2015, Ronan and Yvonne navigated a public divorce after Yvonne discovered her boyband star husband's affair with a backing dancer.
Missy addresses her parents' divorce
In an unearthed interview with Sunday Independent’s Life magazine from 2019, Missy, who was 14 at the time of her parents' split, opened up about that time in her life. "I had some really amazing people in my life, and close family that were able to support and distract Jack, Ali and me," she told the magazine. "I always felt loved. Acting was also a great outlet for me, and I'm very grateful for that."
She also opened up about her stepparents, Yvonne's new husband, John and Storm Uechtritz Keating, whom Ronan wed in 2015. "Over the years, more great people have entered my life, like John and Storm, and I now have the most adorable little brother, Cooper," she said. "We’re a modern family. I’m a modern girl."
Missy steps into the limelight
Now, Missy is trying to carve out her identity in the spotlight. In 2022, the model competed in Dancing with the Stars Ireland, finishing in ninth place with her pro partner, Ervinas Merfeldas. At the time, she gave an interview to the Irish Mirror and opened up about being raised in a famous family.
"I am so proud of my name – I carry the Keating name with pride. I love my family and everything they have done," Missy, who was born Marie, said. "I think in the last while I've really wanted to make a mark on the world myself and go my own way. It's a new age, a new generation."
Missy's budding acting career
In March 2025, she took to social media to share on-set photos from a short film named John, which is set for release this year. It centres around a boy's romance with an older man, and Missy plays a woman called Ali.
"Hard to gather the words to round this one up.... Never have I worked with such a passionate team. Cannot thank you all enough for giving your heart and soul to every second of our passion project," the budding actress penned on Instagram. "My guy @andre0rozco thank you for writing this monster of a short. To every person that touched this film, thank you. We could not have done it without each and every one of you. My heart is a little broken saying goodbye, but here's to many more with my set family 'JOHN'."
Runs in the family
Missy's brother, Jack, has also stepped into the spotlight, having appeared on Love Island in 2022 before appearing on Love Island All Stars earlier this year. He was dumped from the island on day 26 along with his partner, Sher Suarez.
Meanwhile, Ali is showing her star quality in a different fashion as a champion showjumper. She got the "horsey bug" at 11, having first ridden at the age of five, and the rest is history.
